Technical Recruiter | About You

As a Technical Recruiter, you are responsible for helping the organization grow, sustain the magic in the culture and build the employment brand through recruitment marketing techniques. You are responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, from opportunity through new employee orientation. You are intensely curious and thrive on figuring things out. You expertly manage multiple digital platforms, tools, and social channels to identify themes, trends, and hidden gems in the talent landscape.

Technical Recruiter | Day-to-Day

  • Seamlessly execute a multi-channel sourcing strategy and build and use a library of messaging templates to establish the first-touch credibility.
  • Create and establish deep relationships across a broad base of talent targets to achieve organizational hiring success.
  • Maintain a strong network of professional connections and actively connect and engage on various professional and social platforms.
  • Enthusiastically engage with top talent in conveying complicated insights to people of varying backgrounds.

Technical Recruiter | Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience recruiting for a variety of technical positions in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, including technology, tools, and processes.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly identify direct and indirect themes.
  • Exposure to industry-leading recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, DICE, Indeed, etc.), social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and search techniques (Boolean Search, Reverse Search, etc.).
  • Ability to take initiative with minimal guidance in ambiguous environments while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Skilled at connecting with passive talent and building interests and experiences that meet market demand.
